Winter squash harvest signals autumn is approaching.

High & Dry Farm harvested 200 pounds of buttercup and kabocha squash today. These will be cured for 10 days before they are offered for sale at our farmstand and at the Snohomish Farmers Market. 400 pounds of acorn and butternut squashes will be harvested next week. Also coming soon – pickling cucumbers.
